okay the food was fine or whatever. i always go to this mcdonalds, but im not sure i'm going to be coming here anymore. today, there was a less fortunate man at the counter ordering, and he had a veryy open wound on his wrist. and it was bleeding out quite a lot. the blood got on the counter, on the door handle, and part of the wall. and the employees had no sense of urgency to clean it up, a literal biohazard on the counter where people touch and where they get their food. i will give them that it was busy at this time and they were in the middle of a rush it seemed. but i think regardless of them having a rush , they should have been more quick to clean that up, because it's disgusting. i literally lost my appetite after that and I really didn't want to eat my food. if i were you, i would not go here. not inside, not through the drive thru, any of that. because they probably reused that rag for something else without even washing it first...

Where should I start. 1st, the menu is designed to confuse the consumer. There is a picture of a chicken sandwich. Which by the way looks great with lettuce tomatoes and cheese. Than you look at the menu and they have created four options of the same thing but with no details, so you have no idea what you're getting. When you finally get it, it's a smashed bun with a piece of chicken from the freezer that was frost bitten and two thin pickles. Nothing else stuffed in a bag. Who puts a chicken sandwich in a bag! Really guys! No wonder you're having such problems. You over price crap food, (if you even call it that)and miss lead the customer. And the second thing is your customer service. I ask about a price on something the the employee just stops talking for about 25 seconds. Not hold on let me find out for you or anything. Then when I go to the first window, the employee tells me it's blaw blaw, instead of saying how are you welcome to McDonald's. Then I go to the second window and another employee says, here you go and shuts the window. They weren't rude, they were simply unwelcoming You need to do better. Much much better. I have officially boycotted this location.

I was stuck behind a patron in the drive thru for far too long. Instead if instructing the driver to exit the drive thru and park to correct whatever the issue, myself and others were required to wait until the dispute was handled. This is unacceptable at a fast food establishment and the staff need to be better trained.

The staff was okay and my order was correct. It can get busy at times, but service was still fairly quick.

It's no longer the mcdonald's we grew up with. The service is good, but the food is just not worth the money.\n I've had a few hamburgers this year and didn't like either one of them, they just weren't good. What can I say services is a 5 food is a 2 and a 1/2
