My pancakes had zero syrup despite me requesting it, and my wrap came with 4 salsa packets instead of the 2 ketchup packets I asked for. Either missing or completely wrong. Giving customers what they actually ordered is the minimum. Very hard to recommend this place when they can’t get something this simple right.

A male staff member who appears to be a manager consistently provides extremely unprofessional treatment when handling delivery orders. Despite always greeting him politely, I am repeatedly ignored with no response, no eye contact, and no basic courtesy. This behavior is unacceptable in a customer-facing role and makes every pickup unpleasant. Basic respect and communication should be mandatory.

Im so frustrated,anymore it seems like fast food workers always(well 9xout10)forget something in the order..this time it was sweet and sour sauce that I love on my mcchicken sandwich..I'm older and walk with a cane it's very painful to walk so I didn't go back in for my forgotten sweet and sour sauce.i guess it wasn't worth the pain in my legs.but I'm very disappointed and my sandwich sucked without it. It's on my receipt and everything.. Just laziness on the employees part.what else.could it be? It wasn't busy..Its not a hard job..... but this always happens not only here. Note to self ...check bag of food before leaving from now on.

I had lunch one day & breakfast the next. Both times the service was great. The food was hot & not left under a heat lamp. I ate both meals on site. The tables were clean. It was not crowded. The restaurant site is urban but vagrants were not milling around the place.

Ordered breakfast in drive through. Someone had smashed the menu screen so we struggled a bit to see it as it flickered on and off. Honestly it gave a bit of a dict vibe to the drive thru. The nice lady had us pull forward and gave us paper menus. Food was piping hot and up to par for a solid mcd breakfast.
