Order big arch at 1:30am , told the drive thru person no pickles and no silver onions , extra crispy onions . When I got home missing extra Swiss cheese I only got two Swiss cheese , missing lettuce. Overall the big arch sandwich is not complete sandwich . Next time I’ll double check my sandwich. Date March 14 ,2026 Saturday 1:30am

They will not touch a register unless it’s the drive through. The kiosk will not let you do some of the customization. For example I wanted a cheese burger kids meal. They didn’t offer that so I was trying to order hamburger add cheese, it Wouldn’t let me and the staff wouldn’t use the register. Do better. And my husband wanted pickles for the snack wrap and it also had no option.

They have the new self service dinning experience... Order ahead online... Or Evan at a kiosk if you like... You honestly don't have to interact with an associate anymore than them delivering your food to your booth or table...

Worst place ever. Last time I order, they changed my order and forget to put juices on. Now, this time I didnt order anything because they where so little of help. We didn’t wanted to order on the kiosco because we wanted to aks if they still have breackfast but the manager keept telling us to go to the kiosco and didn’t let us ask. We left without ordering, and eat at the closest Jack in the Box.
