Customer service was excellent. They made a mistake with my order, but they took full responsibility and owned up to it without hesitation. When I decided to order something else in addition to replacing the incorrect item, they compensated me for the difference. It was a very thoughtful and appreciated gesture that showed they truly care about their customers.

Rude staff, clearly aren’t trained enough or at all, very unprofessional and lazy. The atmosphere is tight and close to one another, so beware if you’re claustrophobic , because it’s like that most of the time. It’s so bad sometimes, I have to leave , it gets so packed due to the staff beings more worried about the drive thru than doing orders for dine in and not taking orders in the register. They don’t call out orders and expect you to keep an eye out 24/7 , they take a long time taking orders, and orders are either wrong or cold/unfresh. The staff talk crap in the back (kitchen area) in Spanish, and give you rude/weird looks. This was my go to McDs since it’s so close but I rather just drive the extra mile to another one.

The employees don’t wash their hands! I saw 2 separate employees go in the bathroom to question a male using the restroom. They both touched several surfaces and went right back to their stations (one at the register and one bringing orders out, see picture). Also, the atmosphere is not enjoyable. It was really hot and stuffy and smelled bad once we stepped inside. It seems like they aren’t running the ac or maybe it’s broken but if that is the case perhaps prop the door open to get some fresh air. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this location. Self serve kiosks are convenient but they are out of receipt paper so be ready to take note of your order number because it only shows briefly.

Slow service, bad attitudes,hot coffee always filled at different levels. Worst mcds in area. Parking is horrendous, long slow drive thru. Orders are too many times wrong or they forget something.lived in area all my life so closest to my home I’m not just making stuff up.

Ordered online for curbside delivery. I waited over 10 minutes before going inside. After a few more minutes of waiting, I got my food. When I got home, one order of fries was extremely undercooked.
