I had went to go pick up my order and it was busy so I didn’t expect them to immediately give me my food. But while I was waiting I heard a black lady in the kitchen cursing at their workers about orders. I believe it’s very unprofessional with the language she was using to try to rush her coworkers. I then pulled out my phone and went up to the counter to ask about my order since it said it was ready and she then responded “have I called your number? No so don’t ask if it’s ready yet” didn’t even look at me just turned and walked away with attitude. Completely unacceptable. Good luck to anyone who works with her.

I literally only ordered a vanilla cone and it was obviously very busy. I don’t care if I have to wait but ON MY MOTHER I thought they called my number so I went up there and asked this older man working. Then all of a sudden I hear this agitating, grating voice from the black woman in the back. She proceeds to yell at me to wait and is complaining like a crazy person. I apologize, and I did apologize to the sweet little woman with blue hair who gave me my cone if I came off as rude or impatient. I think that it is incredibly rude and disrespectful to not be included in a conversation and add to it when you don’t even know what’s going on, which is what that woman in the back did. It seemed like everyone else who was working, the older man and woman with blue hair were stressed out only because the larger woman was hooting and hollering at everyone. Edit-Just found out she’s the manager.

Every time I go and try to use my app or a code “they can’t add it or scan it” even though every other McDonald’s it works perfectly fine.

I only ordered cheese on my burger, the box confirmed that. My burger came with everything on it. I ordered sprite as well. They managed to mess that up too, it was just soda water with no flavor. Like honestly how do you screw up a sprite, it literally comes from a machine. It's mcdonalds, not rocket science. Not that hard to figure it out. I don’t know how the people this McDonald’s hires here can function in society, if they can’t follow the simple directions they are paid to follow.

Whoever the manager is on the morning of September 12 at 9 am sucks. He has no sense of customer care and no urgency. I placed a mobile order, paid, got my card charged, yet the order didn’t go through on their end. I wasn’t the only one in there with that problem yet all he said was we can’t do anything unless you get a receipt in my email, which i never have gotten in my previous mobile orders. He had no care in making the problem correct with not one but two customers and ruined/wasted my time on my break. I work at a location nearby and am thoroughly upset with the way this was handled with having gone here and had no issues before.
