So far, best McDonald’s I’ve been too.… clean, and great service, even though I could see they were very busy. They even answered the phone when I called to ask if they took EBT. They do, and you can still get a deal if you look. Service was more like a regular restaurant, they even set extra condiments and a cup of ice aside when I asked. I had to look around a third time, just to make sure I was at McDonald’s and not some “high class” version in Japan. A+

My order was prepared incorrectly and I was also charged for an item I didn’t order or receive. When I brought it to the attention of the shift leader, instead of helping resolve it, she immediately blamed me for the mistake. She was defensive and reluctant to fix the problem until I showed proof. Even then, the interaction felt confrontational rather than customer-focused. The shift leader also held onto my receipt, which made the situation more frustrating. I expect basic accuracy with orders and a willingness to make things right when errors happen — neither occurred here. Management needs better training on handling complaints professionally and maintaining a positive attitude. I’ve had good experiences at other McDonald’s locations, but this one fell far short. Hoping for improvement. She also didn’t give me her name but she just clocked off at 6:09 pm and drove off in a Nissan gray Sentra

I am very disappointed with this McDonald. I ordered a combo meal and one additional item, my total was over $16.00. They asked me to wait because I ordered fries with no salt, no problem. I pulled around front and waited for about seven minutes. When I was able to open my food it was hardly any fries. I work hard for my money, and there are several other places I could have gone to eat. I would like to get what I paid for. I will not be back.

There was mold around the edges of my breakfast and it tasted terribly moldy. It was awful.

Do not come this location unless you like to spend time for free!!! It’s 9:30 am !! I was the only one on line Asked for English eggmaffine Took about 15 min!!! Update after I was driving back home I opened it to eat and guess what?? They put sausage even when I asked and said not too!!! Seriously you guys have to work in your service.
