I come here always because I like the accuracy of my orders. However, this is the second time I’ve shown up and the store lobby was closed before the posted time on the doors. It’s already sad that accurate hours aren’t posted online. Right when I think that I have time to come in, evidently I don’t. I’m walked up here at at 10:51pm, finished this review at 10:55, when the door at the lobby says 11pm mon - thurs.

Absolutely superb example of a McDonald's restaurant, very well-run with friendly and considerate staff that are willing to go above and beyond to fulfill the customer's orders to the exact specification, just for the sake of ensuring complete satisfaction with their products purchased. I was thoroughly happy with the way they made my order, exactly as it should be, without gleaning any extra surcharge just to make my food correctly, as many McDonald's these days are want to do. Most of their restaurants want you to pay extra money just to make your food taste good, and that is neither fair nor right, but these guys here know that as well, and they aren't afraid to make you something that you'll enjoy without sticking you for a few extra cents that you might not even have. I've had my order made correctly at OTHER McDonald's before, only to have it literally taken out of my hand because I was short a dime. I was apalled that people, and the company that employed them, could be so heartless and cruel as to literally STEAL the product I was looking forward to enjoying, right out of my hand, just to throw it in the trash instead of just letting me have it, and laugh about it with each other and their manager as I stormed out of the restaurant. To think that McDonald's is so penny-pinching that you have to pay double the price if you want an iced coffee to taste sweet instead of bitter (because that would just be like having a cold black coffee - gross), and to insist that their employees make an example by destroying my food rather than give it to me, is just soul-crushing. These guys aren't like that at all. These guys here have heart. They understand, and they get it right. This is the place to go to, every time.

Food here is what you would expect from McDonald's, hot, quick and cheap. Don't expect Michelin Star quality and flavor. The service is good, staff is great! Parking is plenty. Beware of the heavy foot traffic from transients. That is the only drawback at this location.

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have been to in the country. The staff act like u are inconvenienting them. They will leave u waiting in line for 20 minutes plus. If they are not lieing about their EBT being down or phrape machines is down or they are out of whip cream. There is always something missing. It's honestly pathetic. If I could give negative stars I would.

The homeless folks around and in the restaurant might appear intimidating to some but we had no issues. You can't beat the prices and you know what you are getting so no surprises. A good thing!
