Fantastic! I come here all the time after getting my son from school. The fries are perfectly cooked & the Coke is crispy and delicious. The bathrooms are always clean and smell good (like they’ve been disinfected). No complaints about the service.

Slowest McDonald's ever. It could be empty. It could be packed. It doesn't matter. It will take you 30 minutes to get a burger. Even if you pre-order in the app, you still have to wait. 30 minutes for a McDouble and McNuggets. Insanity, take my advice. Spend the extra 5 minutes driving to the Hillcrest location.

Went there this morning,and waited for in store service for waay too long. They definitely catered to the drive thru customers without a second thought about the in store customers. Hurry up and wait sorta thing. HORRIBLE. I got in my car and drove through the drive thru didn't order anything..when I got to the window the worker smiled and started to hand me someone else's order course i didn't take it. I let them know ho we bad the in store service was and left..lost my appetite!

We placed an order at 12:27 and we received at 1:12 after tall man with orange shirt gave a somewhat braindead answer, while a bigger group after us got their orders almost immediately. It was an incredible seeing 4-5 people shuffling thru bags and suddenly one would emerge for a customer every 15 minutes.. This mcdonalds location on El cajon blvd in San Diego is must stay away.

Food was made to order. 2 Happy Meals and Big Mac meal and 2 apple pies. Someone was laying close to the front door. I hate seeing how many homeless people are in America. It's ridiculous no one should experience this.
