It had been awhile since I've gone to a McDonald's in the states and I was highly disappointed. The burger was bland but at least it was covered in salt. And there is no in door sitting area. I understand that there are probably reasons for this but I didn't care for it at all. When I tried to sit down I noticed all the chairs are bolted down to so no adjusting. I again understand why. But if you're worried about people taking them or throwing them then I don't really want to eat there. Only upside was the guy at the window was polite.

I’m bitter every day that they remodeled this place. It was once a beacon in the neighborhood now it’s just a shipping container that is absolutely filthy outside with vermin and half the property is an over developed maze for the drive thru. This is what we lost btw

came in just now to get the fifa World Cup meal (I wanted the cup since I thought they were cool) I ended up not getting the cup (I asked while ordering if I get the cup and they said yes and that they had many in stock still) so at the window when I seen I wasn’t getting the cup I asked for it and they said (we don’t have any sorry) after telling them I was told they did the cashier caught an attitude and walked off. Also got charge 2.50 for a side of sauce and only was oven the wrong sauce.

I use to come to this McDonald's as a kid. I haven't been here in a few years. They remodeled it. The remodel is absolutely horrible. They removed the dining room and they don't even have a physical menu. You have to scan a qr code for that. They do however have a massive sign that says "no dine-in patio available. Drive through and take out only." They have outdoor seating but I guess you are not allowed to eat there. The whole feel of the restaurant is now just order your food and leave. I don't know about y'all but I like sitting down in a restaurant to eat and not at a bus stop bench. Do better McDonald's.

Ordered sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich through drive through but only got sausage and bread. Drove back and the lady said it would be $4.80 to upgrade to egg?! Manager came around and eventually charged me $1.60 for egg. In summary: They messed up my order, tried to overcharge, and didn’t compensate whatsoever for making me drive back and wait 10 minutes to fix what I tried to order. They also didn’t add toys or fries to our happy meals last week. Get it together!
