We sat down inside to get and all I ordered was 2 ice cream cones and a hot fudge Sunday and it took 10 minutes to come and was incorrect. Other people ordered thier food got it and left before we got ours. The employee was rude when bringing our order and when coming back with my hot fudge sunday the second time she stopped and talked with another table. It was not busy the as the drive through was pretty much empty and there were only 2 other families inside the restaurant.

I have in past times wanted to give a 0 star due to an experience I had maybe a year ago or so. However, 3/24/2026 evening I ordered fish sandwich with extra ingredients at the drive through. I paid at the first window and was requested to move forward to the second window. After being at the second window, the crew member, who seemed to be I think like a taller guy, of who I did not get his name, and a young lady, nicely explained I would have to wait at the third window for my order. They or he actually was so sincere and kind with his request hoping I moved forward. A few customers did past me as I waited. Though, from the 1st window to the 2nd window and 3rd everyone was kind. All 3 interactions the crew provided excellent service and even the 2nd attempted solutions and care for my wait though a resolve to allow the restaurant to make a good sandwich. Although I had to wait at the third window with other customers passing me, their extreme kindness, allowed me to forget about the wait I had. Excellent service to the evening staff and the guy of whom I do not know his name, may tall slim guy!!!! I will come here from now on though I am closer to Mission Gorge (Who's customer service is horrible! horrible, horrible!) This restaurant provides fresh, food, and good service!!! Thank you!!!

Clean and nice staff. Bathroom was awesome and super duper clean. Cashier was really kind in the drive thru and inside too. I had to go back in after the drive thru for the bathroom and a water cup because I forgot to add it to my drive thru order. They were really generous and low key about it. I like this location when I'm gassing up at Costco. You know you are going to wait a while to get into Costco gas, so you better stop here first.

Wow!! That was a waste of time. Walked in the restaurant and waited for 7 minutes for cutomer service. No eye contact nothing? I notice the guy packing orders with negative energy? I said hello? Not sure if they knew customers were there.....the lady says one minute. I said ok. The guy comes to the register and says what can I get for you? I asked a question then he says go to the kiosk to place your order?? Obviously this is something New because I've never had them do that. But time wasted and they lost money and a customer....because I lost interest. They need training. When customers enter your restaurant you greet them. Then if there's something New implemented, you let them know!! Not allow them to wait a while then proceed. Horrible customer service!!

Order food for a dine in. Kiosk said to grab a number and sit. Staff will bring my food to me. Grabbed a number and sat. Waited at least 30-45 minutes. Finally got up and asked. Been waiting for my food. Manager said, we've been calling you for a while. Yeah, the sign says to "sit and we will bring your food to you" thats also on the number to place on the table. Then she said, all I can do is give you new fries since they are cold now. My fries were with no salt. How are you going to make me a new batch. My meal will definitely be cold. Hands me a new large fries anyways. Please correct either the sign and kiosk or correct the managers and staff in charge. Thank you.
