Horrible SJT Holding Inc McDonald's franchisee location at 609 Market Street San Francisco. Panhandling drug addict people allowed inside restaurant to accost all paying customers. Leaning on the kiosks in-between begging activities.Overall front of house cleanliness is terrible for every surface. No tables, chairs , or counter space. So no dining in. No receipts at either the Kiosks or the Card Machines. Soda mixture for Dr Pepper is wrong. Fries were held over much too long. Hamburger meat much too dried out. Hot apple pie was very dried out! Portable card reader machine had card reader slot flap that was cracked and flapping loose. Hard to read any payment card. Waste bins stuffed full. Menu monitor is broken and unreadable. No paper in kiosks or portable card reader so no receipts. The experience overall is terrible. Eat elsewhere if you can.

Today I ordered at 10:46 PM. It was a little crazy because there were so many DoorDash and Uber drivers waiting, yet somehow the atmosphere felt calm. After paying, I noticed that the woman in charge of calling out the orders had a very high pitched voice. Some people were laughing because her voice was strong and powerful, she clearly had big lungs and could call numbers very loudly. What really caught my attention was the way she interacted with everyone. Let’s remember this place is always full of homeless people, people asking for a restroom that does not exist, motorcycles coming and going, and delivery drivers waiting for orders. Still, she never stopped smiling. She always said something kind, using her voice as a tool to create a better moment for people once they finally got their food. She always offered something extra, napkins, a straw, or simply words like “you’re finally here,” “please enjoy,” or “have a good night.” As someone who has worked in hospitality for over 20 years, around the world and with many VIPs in the most prestigious settings, watching someone care this deeply on a Friday night at McDonald’s, while surrounded by rush, pressure, homelessness, and delivery chaos, truly changed my perspective. It also made me realize that sometimes we are not doing the right thing at work, even when conditions are easier. She impressed me. She inspired me. I sincerely hope she receives Employee of the Month, if that is something you offer. Very warm Latina love in service. Whoever you are, muchas gracias. You are excellent and a true example for all of us working in the real world. That’s real hospitality.

I 💙 this McDonalds location in san Francisco California , its location is Awsome next to the hotel am staying at , its also next to the merto station here . Its in a very ideal location here . I love this McDonald's is in a old beautiful building . The staff here are nice and good service . Its standing room only here unfortunately not sit in here and no public / customer washrooms here , no parking here .

We order from this place about once a month delivered with door dash. Food is your typical McDonald’s food. Nothing special nothing horrible.

Blueberry Babs told me about this Mickey D's and the secret breakfast item they have..the Superlicious Deluxe-O-Matic Extra Delicious Ham and Egg Sandwich! It's worthy of a cross-town trek...5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆
