I sometimes come here after work around 7:30 to 8pm, and am surprised at how kind and polite the staff is. There is a good amount of seating and tables, so even though I just order takeout, I always had a place to sit, wait, and pack my bag. The downside is that sometimes the entrance was closed before the supposed close time, not that I can blame them for wanting to close up early given the location is not always the safest at night particularly for women (not long ago got harassed by a man outside).

When I go to this McDonald's, I don't like that there are so many homeless people, and most of the times I've been there are fights and the atmosphere is awful. Also, when I went to order food, they gave me the wrong order.

I agree with most reviews the customer service is terrible. Employees barely speak English. I had way better service at the McDonald's I ate on one of my visits to Warsaw Poland in December 2025, the employees there are required to speak English which is the policy. This place should have the same policy.

“Dining area” is constantly packed w/ EXTREMELY large groups of people! Theyre typically very loud and they tend to just get up and leave without cleaning after themselves! Unfortunately clean tabled don’t seem to be a top priority for the staff because it ususlly always looks & smels the same. 24th St Bart station is literally right across the street which reseults crowds gather both inside & out. the setting isnt the b

McDonald's should not offer table service if there lackluster employees cannot fulfill the task and then pull attitude when the customer has to proceed to the count to find out what is the hold up after waiting 15 mins. Will not be coming back to McDonald's, other places to eat!
