Bad service!! With 2 lanes they told us to wait for 30 min. The other lane has 7 cars passed already and we still there lineup! Didn't give us a sauce and forget some orders!! Have to retrain all employees!!! Drive-thru for 1 hour!!unbelivable!

Ordered breakfast takeout food was very good. Forgot a couple hot cakes condiments but didn’t matter because food was still tasty.

Was charged extra for lettuce and did not get any lettuce. Asked for utensils. Received nothing. No napkins, nothing. Come on yall can do better than that. What is this?

It has gotten better, since they dont let people sleep in there. Still keep your guard up and be on your toes

It looks dirty outside every day with encampments. Staff are not professional they don't get the balance between costumer service and working for a fast food restaurant. They messed up a order refused to correct it and then had an attitude when they figured out it was thier mistake.
