The older short Hispanic woman working the front counter and the back as well on 4/19/26 12:09 deserves a raise. Even though she was working the register she was also prepping peoples orders in the back simultaneously on a busy Sunday and calling peoples orders by their name, not just their number. Had a great attitude despite the business. Love people like her and hope her upper management acknowledges her for it. Wish I got her name to post here but didn’t want to interrupt her in the zone. Well done to her.

The best McDonald's I've been to in years. Right next to the Whitehouse. Great service and fresh quarter pounder with cheese. Fries 🍟 cooked perfectly 😋

First, it’s McDonald’s so… order at the kiosks and really, it was only a few minutes before we got our order… it’s chaos but organized chaos. Order was right. Food was hot. Place was clean. More than I can say about our hometown McDs. If you need a quick lunch before your Whitehouse Experience appointment, I’d recommend it!

Food taste like trash fries is soggy and feels cold and no flavors they have signs for them to bring the food but they put everything in to go even though we put both orders for here

Ordered for mobile pickup through the app. The app said there was a problem with the transaction, but then it charged my card anyway. It also redeemed 3,000 rewards points. The manager, Saldy, said because I was not given an order number in the app, they could not provide the food. So I've been charged for food I did not receive as well as lost rewards points that are now gone. I showed my bank statement and the charge from today matching my cart. Saldy thought it was better for me not to receive the food. It's hard to wrap my head around such terrible service, but there it is. 1 star and a lost customer.
