This McDonald’s is an absolute disaster. Honestly, corporate should seriously reconsider this franchise location. A couple years ago, my pregnant wife ordered through the app. When she got to the drive-thru, staff couldn’t understand the order code, even after showing it face-to-face. We pulled up to the next window, where employees had no idea what was going on and only gave her half the order. When she questioned it, an employee in a high-vis vest started yelling at her and even escalated to threatening behavior. We drove off and decided to avoid the place for a long time. Fast forward to tonight — my final visit ever. I ordered a Happy Meal for my 2½-year-old and a meal for myself. After paying, they handed me only the drink and Happy Meal like the order was complete. I had to remind them they forgot the rest of my food, and then they actually asked ME what I ordered. It somehow got worse. After getting all the way home, I opened my child’s Happy Meal and realized there were no nuggets inside. So now I have to reload both my toddler and my 7-month-old infant into the car and drive all the way back. Inside the store, I explained the situation and asked for the order to be remade along with a refund because of the inconvenience. The manager gave me attitude, refunded the money, and walked away. After waiting several minutes, she looked at me like I was still there for no reason. When I reminded her I was still waiting for the food that should’ve been in the box to begin with, she snapped back that I already got my refund. The lack of professionalism, organization, and basic customer service at this location is unbelievable. This was the final straw for me. I will never return, and I genuinely recommend people avoid this location unless they enjoy incorrect orders, rude staff, and wasted time. It's TERRIBLE! McDonald's corporate would LOSE THEIR MIND if they saw this mess. If your driving by and thinking of stopping, DON'T! You're welcome in advance. I type this as I eat my now cold food because I had to find another location to order my kids happy meal. Total DUMP.

Through the drive through!! Service excellent!! For a late night snack I eat a late dinner and this hits the spot, there are just enough french fries and the perfect amount of chicken apple slices to finish for dessert and the apple juice is perfect. I may be a grown man and I know these meals were designed for kids , right now I’m a kid enjoying my meal smiling at the little gift inside and thinking McDonald’s for a good snack. Healthy, happy and affordable.

We have gone here many times as our family lives close. Then, today, we went through the drive thru with our mobile order and they told us to pull up to spot 1 to wait for our fries. So we did. AND WE WAITED OVER 15 minutes!!!!! We also have a 9 month baby in the car and another kid. We went in to see if we could get them ourselves and they wouldn’t give us our fries. They just kept ignoring us. They would seem all nice and then wouldn’t give us our fries as they kept filling fry orders in front of us to the drive thru. It was so strange! We did nothing. We were so kind in the drive thru & then waited patiently. More than we needed to. This was a horrible customer service and we will never be back. Y también ellos hablen en español en frente de nosotros y yo se que ellos estaban tratando de hacer algo mal a nosotros por no razón porque yo también puedo hablar y entender lo. Que horrible este experiencia. DON’T GO HERE. The kids who work here should be fired. We even had manager help and he did nothing for us. Just kept telling us to wait! We already waited 15 minutes sir. FOR MCDONALDS FRIES! Side note, we never got our fries we paid for.

I remember when they built this place, at that time "The Locomotion" was at the top of the charts, and the strip mall was mostly a gym. Nobody ever went broke building a McDonalds next to a gym. As far as McDonald's goes it's perfectly adequate. Maybe even trending a little bit better than average sometimes, but not always. It's a McDonald's. Is what it is.

I stopped in for a quick snack. The place was in total chaos. There was a man with 3 kids that were running around literally. None of the employees said anything. One employee was at a register with some friends hanging out next to him. There was a girl that seemed to be trying to keep up. I ended up ordering a medium fry from the app and ate it in the store. The fries took a long time to get but they were really fresh and hot so it was worth the wate. Ultimately I decided to finish my fries in the car because there was too much commotion going on inside.
