Very disappointing takeout experience. I waited over 20 minutes and my food never came out. I tried talking to staff several times, but no one seemed interested in finding out what happened. I asked for a manager, and when they finally came out, there was no apology. After checking their screen, they realized my order had never been made because it was accidentally deleted from their system. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, concern, and customer service was frustrating. I ended up waiting all that time for food that was never even started.

6/1/26 3:07pm "Kontee" was working the drive-thru. I don't know who spit in his mcchicken, but he was acting like my order was a personal attack. He greeted me with a "McDonalds. What do you want?" like I owed him money. Yall know that customer service isn't supposed to feel like a hostage negotiation. Do better.

Staff are rude and unaccomodating. Anytime they are asked to do something simple as provide a straw for a frappe they roll their eyes and even attempt to tell you something ridiculous like "you need to go back through the drive thru line" to get the free straw that comes with a frappe one should think! Food was mediocre, frappe was decent, but service is always awful.

I had literally the same experience as another person that left a review on here. I am incredibly angry right now. You cannot claim to be a 24 hour store if you are not open 24 hours. I worked at McDonald’s for six years doing overnights and we never closed. If there ever was a time that we were closed, we would at the very least put a sign on the window and in the drive-through, or we would put an automated message on the drive-through to let people know that we were closed as to not waste peoples time. But here all they do is ignore you and pretend you aren’t there. Also, you should not be able to order anything off the app if it cannot be served to you right away. I ordered on the app and got there at roughly 345. Sat in the drive-through nobody said anything I kept saying hello, nothing, so I pulled up to the first window. Nobody was there so I pulled up to the next window. I saw multiple employees inside, I mean even literally right next to the window. I know they saw me, I saw them look at me multiple times while Smirking and laughing. I honked my horn when they were right next to the window and they didn’t say a single word, just walked away. I yelled at them through the window when they were standing right there saying hello! Excuse me I paid for my order already! The least you could do is open the window and tell me what’s going on! I sat there for literally 45 minutes (not exaggerating) waiting for someone to even open the window and acknowledge me and nobody ever did. So I left to go get my boyfriend and came back and when I came back, they were open. They knew who I was immediately and we’re very rude to me and trying to ignore me and then when I got home after driving through a rain snow mix for 20 minutes come to find that they gave me literally half a flipping hash brown. Not to mention my hotcakes were nice and hard .That is beyond unacceptable first of all to ignore customers that paid for their food already and then just sit there and think you’re funny for giving them half a hash brown because you want to be a jerk? Absolutely pathetic. I will be contacting corporate over this because there is just no excuse for it.

Would give zero stars if I could. Not 24 hours at all, I placed a mobile order around 3am. Got to the location around 3:30 am. Waited at the drive up order screen for 6-7 mins constantly giving out a “hello” and no one answered. Drove up to the 1st cashier window, an employee was there and I was waiting for her to open the window to tell her I had a mobile order. She walked away and didn’t even open the window or look at me. So I waited 5 mins and I figured she wasn’t coming back. Drove up to the 2nd window to pickup, another employee was there, didn’t even acknowledge that I was there. Didn’t open the window until I knocked on it. He answered and I was told to wait a bit just to be told that they were switching to their breakfast menu. It would’ve been fine if they had been able to tell me straight up when I got there. Instead they made me wait and sit around for 20+ mins to receive nothing. They didn’t even acknowledge me being there at all, until I did something. This kind of service is unacceptable, if this location doesn’t provide any service at all times of the day/night is it really 24 hours? Please change the hours of service please and thanks. Will never come here again.
