Food - McDonald’s is McDonald’s. It’s about as McDonald’s as you can get. Never left here thinking the food was bad, and certainly never found anything in my food, or found it undercooked. Service - All the staff I’ve ever communicated with here have been friendly. There was one time recently where the employees somehow missed the breakfast sauce on one of my breakfast sandwiches, and I contacted support and they graciously reached out to me to give to make up. I’m overall very happy with this location. Atmosphere - Every time I’ve come here is around morning to lunchtime. There can be some louder customers every once in a while, but overall the staff keep the location very clean.

spent fifteen minutes in line waiting for an online order. great start. once i finally get my order, it’s the complete wrong order. rude blonde girl wanted to go on and on about how it was the person in front of me who “snuck in line” (mind you, this is a single lane drive through. she just clearly can’t run a drive through line efficiently) and it wasn’t their fault. just do the job you’re paid to do. horrible location, unappealing staff, and store is dirty.

If it wasnt for my kids order I would have left. Cause asking for time to look over the menu, when the line wasn't long, seemed like to much. Once my children were ready to order, I said "hello," so staff could know I was ready to place my order. They responded with an aggressive "what." Beside that, there weren't an other issues.

I come into McDonald’s after a long and hard day, all I expect is to have a simple order made right and an all right environment as I wait for my food, but both of those were not met. I come into McDonald’s and I order on the machine and I get the free big Mac but I have to spend two dollars so I get a medium drink and extra cheese on my big Mac. I got the extra cheese because there’s two patties so I think there should be two pieces of cheese so I got an extra. Then I wait for my food and then I get my food and they forget my drink. I go to the counter wait for like three minutes then finally someone serves me and I get my drink. Then I go over to fill it up and there are flies flying all over everywhere. It made filling out my drink so uncomfortable with all these Flies thinking they might try and land on my drink. then when I get home, I open up my big Mac and I only have one piece of cheese when I specifically put one extra piece of cheese on there. I am very dissatisfied right now. It feels like every time I go to this McDonald’s something is made wrong. I would really like this to be fixed.

I am giving a huge shout-out to the staff that handled a rude, entitled, unhinged customer who was in drive thru. They handled her with professionalism while letting her know her behavior is not okay. Those young kids handled it really well. I hope management recognize them for being professional and amazing at their job.
