A complete and utter disgrace of a situation just occurred to me. I ordered 3 cookies and fries, and the worker at the 2nd window told me to inaudible instructions that I didn't understand. Eventually she pointed that I pull forward so they could bring out my order. They brought out a cookie tote with no fries, that we obviously opened and touched to see what was wrong. So I go around again to get the fries and tell them I only ordered 3 cookies. The first window guy told me I was good and to pull forward, where I was given a completely different order altogether. I give the food back saying that's not the order, and I got the fries and cookies, they started flustering like they didn't know what was going on and called the manager Cindy. She rudely stood there claiming that I took the wrong order, and demanded the cookies back that we already contaminated. Before driving off she mentioned again that it was my fault for taking the wrong order, to which I replied "you brought it out to me", which was met with laughs from the staff and the manager seemed to turn to them to say something. I'm incredibly dissatisfied.

Probably the most inept fast food experience I have EVER had. Twice! The first time, I went through the drive thru and was given the entirely wrong order. I don't complain because, well, it's McDonald's. Today, I used their app. When I pulled up, they told me that I was at the wrong location.... I said no, I'm at the correct location as is showing on THEIR app. Pull forward I'm told. Is my name Doug I'm asked. No, my name is Ed. I'm sorry, I gave your order two cars ahead of you. Ok. Can I get my actual order? I asked. Yes. Just show your receipt at the second window. Ok Pull up to the second window and get a larger coke than I ordered and a much larger bag than my order would need. I give them the receipt that the first person gave me and said that I was to show them it. They asked if I was Doug.... Nope. Ed. Do you have my order? No, we gave it to sla vehicle two cars ahead of you.... Well, here's my receipt. They say to give them a moment. I get a coke with no ice, a large fries in a small fry bag and a cold, mealy sandwich. Missing my other.... Never again.

It was a pretty chill place for mornings. I dont eat a lot at mcdonalds, mainly because bad customer service, but this location is great! They were really nice and made sure my order looked correct. And it was nicely cleaned.

This McDonald’s location has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Every single time I come here, my order is messed up. They constantly forget items, and when you go back to fix the mistake, they treat you like you’re the problem. Today I ordered pancakes and they forgot the butter. I politely asked a worker for butter, and she went back inside and disappeared for almost 10 minutes just to bring two small butters. By the time she came back, my pancakes were already cold and ruined. Something that should take 30 seconds took almost 10 minutes. That’s unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or caring about the mistake, the employees act like they don’t care about customers at all. This location seriously needs better management and better training. Right now the service is slow, careless, and disrespectful. If this is how they treat customers, corporate really needs to step in and fix this place. It’s ridiculous how they treat me as a customer these employees need to be changed

Today we Got 2 mcchickens no lettuce 4 cheese burgers 2 plain and 2 no pickle. Went in to get them fixed the first time, and they gave them back to me and they clearly switched the meat Patties around and they just took the pickle off the patty and said they made new burgers which they didn’t and on top of that my mccripsy was burnt and I returned it and they thought I was stupid enough to not notice it being the same one. My wife went in the second time to return these items, AGAIN, and As I walked in, she had been waiting 5 minutes to receive help. Then the female manager that we talked to, began arguing with my pregnant wife saying that our order wasn’t wrong and they had not switched anything around. We had the receipt and everything. After about 3 minutes of back and forth between my wife and the manager practically laughing in our faces, she gave our money back for the returned items. Just poor quality food and terrible customer service. We used to be regulars but you will definitely not be getting our business with how your manager treated us and how terrible the food. This restaurant can’t make anything right
