Antonio is one of my favorites and a few others who work weekday morning that are very nice however they now have people working and it takes 15 to 20 minutes just to get to order your food in the drive thru and its not because of the food its because there is a lady that works the windows who is very rude she takes forever to run a card or make change she has a horrible attitude. I only keep coming because of Antonio and some others however after today that may change. Horrible customer service and if u ask why it takes so long instead of responding in a good way a professional way, I'm met with extreme attitude this behavior is absolutely unacceptable and to the young man who treated me that way I will be back and this time if you treat me this way I will match your energy 😉

Well, they screwed up our order in our favor. We ordered 1 Hi-C and ended up with 6. The fries are always crispy, and I can tell that they regularly change the oil in the fryers. I've never had a bad experience with service, or my order being screwed up not in my favor. This is my favorite one to go to in my immediate area. The Deluxe McChicken was fire today. Well done! There is only a drive-thru or walk-up, but I have always been served in an expedient manner. I recommend McDonald's for anyone who is gluten-free and looking for a fast-food option. I've found that many other fast-food restaurants cross-contaminate products (Burger King, Arby's), or don't change their oil (Burger King, Arby's). I know that people rip on McDonald's, but I've always had the best experiences with this fast-food chain, and I grew up eating a lot of different fast-food restaurants. Go here, not there.

I called the manager to see if they honor the All-American meal, and she couldn't even understand English so she just hung up on me?? all I wanted to do was give them my business and she just hangs up. That's the kind of customer service these people are pushing here then I don't want any of it 👎🏼

I made an order by DoorDash that were 1 happy meal and two hamburgers and the restaurant charged me the entire order but they didn't send me two hamburgers they only sent me the happy meal and the sodas they didn't even send me the French fries in short they charged me for 1 happy meal, 1 big arch and a double quarter pounder and they only sent me the happy meal then I talked to the restaurant and the person who answered started arguing with me stating that she was right and that it was my fault, very bad service I will never go back there again I won't even order food from there.
