Very busy drive thru so decided to go eat inside. No wait and had to use the restroom. Nope to dirty went to wait for my order and changed my mind about eating there. Dining room had not been thoroughly cleaned for awhile. Homelessness people were seated not eating. Harassing me and just made me uncomfortable. Got my food and went back to my hotel room. Opened my sandwich the muffin was hard as a rock took a couple bites and threw it in the trash. What a disappointment

Food is good but I just called them at 914 they answered the lady said hello then hung up in the middle of my question so I guess I'll be coming in in person to ask about the long black hair inside my burger when I opened to make sure it was ketchup only. On top of the homeless person who was smoking meth in the drive thru next to the window last time I mean it's a good McDonald's the manger guy is nice and the older short Hispanic lady who cleans is very very kind. But the younger staff are rude are letting there friends cut the line one day I stood and waited 30 minutes while a kid talked to his friend just for him to clock out for his break and then I had to wait for the manger gentlemen to come out. All I can say is some of the staff on the younger side aren't very good at a service job . That being said I'm only 25 myself and it's crazy how they act

May very well be one of the best McDonald's in the world. I am surprised to see this locations overall rating is not closer to 5. Out of my experience with fast food this location stands out for delivering quality and tasty food, with a smile. The workers I can tell work very hard and are there to accommodate customers. I appreciate attentiveness when needing a sauce or napkins. They are very friendly and respectful, despite Sometimes having unruly or difficult customers or sitations arise. Sometimes the staff even will bring the food to your table like a fancy resteraunt ! I often wonder if this location or staff was to be converted into a fine dining resteraunt how succusful it could be. This location and it's staff are incredibly deserving of raises or bonuses and perhaps an upgrade in lifestyle or work. Thank you to all involved here

I've had cold food several times with no problem replacements. Manager helps right along with employees and is super professional and hard working. Sure says a lot about how the place is ran. Also had an incident with my caramel extra added on top of my drink.... They charge almost a dollar and I was told they don't do drizzle. In fact. I was turned away with the exact same amount of caramel as I had on my first drink which I didn't pay anything for. The manager was unwilling to fix my drink or provide the drizzle stating that corporate said that that was no longer a thing nor was it ever. I go back everyday and I get a drizzle other McDonald's no problem and this one's still sometimes depending on who's working. The rules and regulations are not coherent/the same for all employees. Training needs to be better for all what's a general understanding of the rules so everyone doesn't feel short-changed..... This is for all McDonald's not just this one. I don't usually eat at fast food restaurants... So my review probably isn't the best if you are in a McDonald's or fast food eater. They have excellent daily deals if you log into the app!! Each dollar you use is 100.7 with 200 to 300 points you can get a free sandwich and with 400 600 points you can get a free drink/coffee frap and other various items. This user-friendly app is really easy to use just enter your code when you enter the restaurant on the kiosk and before you know it, a day or two after going there you'll have a free ice cream cone on a hot day or a free bite to eat when you really need to use your $ for other things than eating! 🩷

Unlike many McDonald's, someone was cleaning the tables. Garbage was not overflowing. Food is typical. Good!
