Every time I go up there: attitudes, terrible customer service…today, I order 6 piece nugget and got five. I’ve complained to one of the managers before asking, begging “what do I need to do to get good service? I live literally down the street on W.70 and order here every other day?” She said “sorry, it’s not you it’s THEM”, smh. Like cmon can’t count to 6 though?

The food was horrific , fish filet was dry, the bin was hard and the cheese wasn't melted as if it were made fresh ,it wasn't. THE dining room was dirty and they have about maybe 15 tables. I can say without a doubt , I will never go back.

Dry food. nothing was hot. nothing new was dropped for a while you can definitely tell your food was sitting for some time.

Place was very dirty even for a McDonald's, they had a guy who was very vocal about not working there behind the counter and staff did not care. Took forever for my order to come out but the fries were still cold and they gave me a medium shake when I ordered a large.

ugh this drive through is almost always 6+ cars deep and slooooow even at non peak times. i usually end up getting out of line and just going to the McDonald’s on 117th St.
