Ordered 20 piece nuggets with some sauce. Got the nuggets but they didn't give the sauce. So I asked dude for some sauce he gave me 2 sauce packets. I said you're supposed to get more than 2 with the 20 piece and dude just looked straight at me and shut the window in my face. Incredibly rude . All you had to do was give me the correct amount of sauce packets but now you're getting a 1 star review instead. Also got my burger completely wrong added a whole ton of extra BS on it that I didn't ask for.

The only thing positive was the McChicken that I got for free when someone orders chicken nuggets cook to order that does not mean throw the old ones in the grease again because people can tell when they're fresh it takes time to cook them also the fries were soggy on top of that don't expect to order sauce and pay for it and get it Besides that they were super friendly just need to work on their customer service and actually honoring people's requests oh and giving the people the sauce that they pay for It's already bad enough that you have to pay to park just to eat unless you eat inside def disappointed 😞

This place could be amazing if they knew what they were doing. I don't know if it's a lack of help or poor management, but there's nothing else open as late as this place to eat. I went there about 3:15 as I was on vacation and nothing else better to do. There are couple of employees are running back and forth bagging orders. There's a line of recent parties lined up at the 2 ordering kiosks, so that takes a few mins. There are two police officers chatting and helping to organize the stacks of take out bags. I slide to the back after placing my order, and for 20-30 mins, I just watch. Some people come in and see the chaos and walk right back out. I'm pretty sure that manger lady sees them, but she's so busy, what can she do? Theres no ice or clean tables, the garbage cans were spilling over into the floor, and trash was everywhere. There was no attention given to the dining room. I sat and ate my food at the bar. The fries weren't too bad, but definitely not fresh. I'm pretty sure that the Quarter Pounder was microwaved, but I did not get sick either that night or the next day. All and all, I would say that my late night dinner was a success. I just wish that I could offer some operational ideas. I could make this owner a freaking fortune. 😆

I’m only putting 1 star cause I can’t put 0! This place took 2 hours for me to get my food. The workers and management have no idea what to do. It wasn’t even that busy and we still had to wait longer than a premium restaurant to get some food. I would rather grab steak for the time I had to wait. Otherwise what’s the point of going to a fast food place

I went to drive through with granddaughter. She wanted to plain burgers with nothing on it and a drink. I got fish fries and drink. My order was correct. Hers was not. It was fully loaded with cheese, pickles, condiments etc.. I ate mine while she was driving. We got back and she saw it was wrong. She was on a quick break from work. She's pregnant and HANGRY. WE went all the way back. We got back in line. She told them. She placed order again for 2 plain burgers, nothing on them after explaining what just happened. We pull to window. She gets order. I tell her to look b4 she pulls out to road. She does, and its wrong AGAIN. FULLY LOADED. She pulls back in, parks, goes inside, tells them again. Cook says, I just did it. I put it right there. The worker says, I just gave it to her and its not plain. So the do it the 3rd time. She was so Angry, she couldn't even eat then. She went back to work. I dont eat fast food, but she was craving it and was short on time. Not impressed by service.
