I don’t know but everytime I order from here, everything is always cold and hard. I just order again, like a dummy, and EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND HARD. Down to the cookies sounding like rocks when I hit it on the table. And im missing a spicy mcchicken. I didn’t even get a straw for my frappe or napkins, no sauce that I paid extra for, literally nothing !! I only keep ordering from here cause it’s the closest to my job, and I work over night. but please do better.

This is singlehandedly the scariest mcdonalds i have ever been in. Everything was covered in soda and old food and people kept walking up to me and my partner trying to talk to us. 0/10, felt like resident evil 7 in real life. The big arch was alright though

This location doesn't fill any of the beverages up to the top. Usually, I don't mind losing a few sips, however, today I purchased a coffee that was just over half full. For $5 I expect not to have two inches of empty cup

It was nice to go to a McDonald's where the food was fresh and hot! The service was great as well! So many other store locations are lacking in these areas, making me dread having to go there. But when my hubby wants Mc'D's that's what he wants!

The worst location in Nashville as well as the slowest and the employees are rude as hell. They move slow as hell making the orders stood here for over 30 minutes. I literally almost just walked out and lost my money because I don’t even care about the food anymore. Absolutely ridiculous.
