How can they have such quality issues? No to mention how rude they are in person and the insanely long wait. They should shut it down to clean house. Who wants an UNSANITARY grill slip against their food? Nobody.

I came through this McDonalds (2499 Murfreesboro pk) and I HAD to leave a review for the cashier whom took my order tonight! It is 216 am and I have had the BEST service I’ve had from this store in a long time! Jeffery was so extremely kind and so helpful taking my order! I gave 5 stars just for his service tonight! I hope he can get a raise or something because not too many customer service people out here being that kind! He offered to make sure the sauce I asked for was in stock and everything ! I know it sounds small but in these times that goes a LONG ways and not many offer that type of help at any fast food place!! JEFFEREY you made my night with your service and kindness! Thank you! And McDonalds keep this guy! I can also say this specific crew as well was nice! One of the best experiences I’ve had here! Mr. Jefferey earned McDonalds all these stars because he was the star tonight!!!!

Zero stars. Reviews say it all. Only stopped in because I live down the road and was starving. Should have just went home. Horrible experience. How am o going to wait nearly an hour then they forget my QPC. Asked if I wanted to wait and it would be fresh. I PAID FOR IT, yes I want it. Fresh? Why would it not be. And now the fries are cold. No I don’t want a pie. ONE person was on task. ONE. Long line formed and employees even manager took their very sweet time. That lady manager with glasses has no business there. And yes I’ve worked at a McDonald. It’s not that hard!!!!!

This place is the worst I order a coffee by the drive thru when I got to the window to pick up my coffee the girl said to park on #1 waited there for 20 minutes I had to go in to get my coffee. The manager was there she went to hide in the back I asked to talk to her and she didn't give me a good explanation about why did it take 20 minutes for me to get my coffee.

The woman working at the drive-thru was absolutely terrible. My daughter—who speaks English and is currently learning to order her own food—was trying to place her order, but this woman kept impatiently rushing her. She didn't even ask her what drink she wanted. When I reached the window, she asked me—in a very angry and rude manner—why I hadn't ordered for her myself. I replied that my daughter was practicing and that I had been busy on a phone call. Then, she remarked that my daughter was Hispanic—doing so in a mocking and racist way—despite the fact that she herself is also Hispanic. I will never return to that establishment.
