This visit in Bowling Green, across from the VA clinic, was the best visit EVER! And I mean EVER!! This was the nicest and most efficient crew I have ever experienced. We were in and out of the drive thru line in no more than two minutes. The food was hot and the order was perfect. Even the crew was super friendly!

I have never had a good experience with this McDonald's but this time just got to me a little bit more. Went a few minutes back and ordered an oatmeal for my daughter, a big breakfast, and a hotcakes with sausage. Plus a large coke and Diet Doctor Pepper. Got home and the bag had zero syrup and three butters, Didn't have a spoon for the oatmeal, and the drink that was obviously labeled as the diet Doctor Pepper was actually the Coke. Also I get the Big breakfast enough that I am pretty sure i got like half a serving of eggs. Wife also says the oatmeal was extremely dry and not stirred. Also they gave us like three napkins but don't worry they gave us six straws. Updating this review because i apparently never learn and return to this McDonald's when it is apparently impossible for them to get anything right. Simple order. (Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder add bacon) get home and have a normal quarter pounder with add bacon listed. Wouldn't even be that upset seeing as looking back on the price thats what they charged me for but seeing as this burger has no bacon im done with this McDonald's and you should probably not even bother going here because if it is possible to mess up they will.

Uber drivers beware this McDonald's is open 24 hours and they still will not serve you after 3:00 even when customers are in line costed me 18 mi for nothing and you can't get reimbursement McDonald's is responsible and owes me a quarter tank of gas

Said it is a 24hr location and I got there at 3:45 this morning and had someone working we could not speak English well enough to explain why I cldnt order. Then when I said they should inform their manager to update the hours of operations they rude told me to leave and quit responding... I understand if you need to close due to cooking or something but I had been on the road for 8 hrs amd just was confused and frustrated because my GPS said they were open and when searching for the physical address thru Google search it confirmed the hours to be 24

Tammi at the drive through sounds nicer/better than the opening recordings other restaurants use. She is the sweetest!! Need to get her a special gift or something.
