Extremely loud music. Thought i had walked into Abacronbe and fish at the mall. 🤣 food all over the floor. Tables were not very clean. But food was good and service was friendly and smiling!

This McDonalds is constantly out of promotions and they wait til after you purchase your food to make you aware. The curly mustache guy was not at all helpful when it comes to making things right. Instead he points to a tiny piece of paper and mumbled something Spanish. Not happy at all with the professionalism here. I won’t be back.

Maybe I’m an easy sell, but I love it that they call me a valued customer. For an occasional treat, I love their caramel frappe or a crispy, crunchy, hashbrown. Their mobile app also makes it so easy to place your order. The best part, in today’s fast paced world, the pleasant customer service is a cherry on top.

Constantly having issues. Third time is usually the charm. Not here . Ordered apple pie and they are always burnt or no filling. Made a complaint because they gave me the wrong order and she said she'd send a coupon that was December 2025. Still no coupon or replacement. Trying to give them another chance for the third time.And epic fail. I work across the street but will order elsewhere. Pies were uneatable. I have photos

Went inside to get my order and nobody ever came to the cash register or even recognized that I was there. Eventually I gave up and went out to the car and went through the drive-thru. I think the employees some people pay with cash and want to eat inside. They should have somebody checking the cash register to see if somebody standing there waiting to give an order. This was 11:30 in the day and the manager needs to understand that people will walk in. I wasn't going to write a review initially but this did happen to me before about a week ago. In that case it took about 10 minutes for somebody to find a come to the register. The guy at the drive-thru window could clearly see me but just didn't acknowledge me in any way and didn't call somebody up to the register. 05/11/2026 11:30 AM order 21. When I went around through the drive-thru the person that took my money was a really good representation of McDonald's in every way.
