Waited 45 minutes at the curbside pickup, had to walk inside to get my food. Food was cold. Saw a man take the trash out, reach baredhanded into is pants, deeply scratch is rear, and walk back inside. God only knows if he washed his hands. Fish filet had half a square of cheese and literally a quarter size squirt of tartar sauce. My snack wrap had something blue smeared on the tortilla, filled with the mushiest oldest tomatoes I've ever seen. And it hardly qualified as a wrap, it wasn't even folded. Drinks were overfilled to spilling, with the lids just resting on top of the cups. I don't think there has ever been a single moment in the history of mankind's existence on earth where a human being cared less. Close your doors. Go home. Why even serve food?

Workers don't look happy I'm concerned, They don't have customer service at all, they just look at you unhappy and look miserable, No one smiled or said how are you? Can I help you they say can I take your order no kinda happiness my kids said Mom I thought McDonald's was a happy place I told my kids apparently not! Tables dirty bathroom dirty was going to eat in but quickly charged our minds! Ronald McDonald would be pissed at this he worked hard for that golden Arch... Manager look unhappy to shame on ALL YALL!!

when you say your "system is down" but still accept Uber eats and other associated apps yet can not take a order for a drive through there is clearly something wrong. I understand its McDonald's and you get what you get but if you can still take orders through a 3rd party app yet not on-site there is a larger problem from management and ownerships ability to pivot. This review stems from frustration at the fact they still display as "open" on Google and when you roll up to the kiosk to order you're hit with we cant take your order but if you order from a 3rd party app we might be able to do it. if this is the case then state you're closed online before someone waste their time to go and try to get food. also just as a side note management and ownership need to train their staff to count since I have had multiple orders where items have been missing or not correctly counted. will I still go back sure ita McDonald's you know what you get but at this specific location check your order and get a receipt.

girl who took my order was extremely rude and when i pulled around she barely spoke to me. on top of that my entire order was wrong. i would recommend firing pink haired girl

If I could give 0 stars I would. Lack of customer service and accommodation. I’ve never seen an establishment more resistant to listen to a customer or provide them with what they asked for… I don’t even leave reviews but today was almost unbearable. I used to work at McDonalds. It’s not hard to do right by someone and show simple respect. They did not honor my reward after the points were taken from my account. The manager continued to walk away while I was speaking and refused to listen to solve the matter. Then refused to substitute my bread choice because of the reward which had never been an issue before. She simply just didn’t want to do it. I was willing to pay for the substitution (which has always been free) but she demanded I pay full price for a free item. Then insisted I take the item I continued to decline and make right. What a joke. Now I’m late for work because they sat and played in my face. I also have now lost points and have to start my day without breakfast. Won’t be back, but they don’t care and that’s the problem.
