Worst experience I've ever had with fast food. I'm not one to complain, in fact I hate complaining about fast food workers, but only McDonald's will employ these terrible workers. My boyfriend and I had placed a mobile order, pulled up to the drive thru and sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes. Not once did they greet us, or even tell us to "hold on". Just complete silence. So we pulled up to the window, to continue to be ignored for over 10 minutes to eventually be told we needed to cancel our order...we literally watched someone ahead of us get their food, so what's the issue? They said they aren't accepting mobile orders, we asked if there was any way we could get our food instead of having to wait 1-7 business days for a refund through the app. They closed the window with no explanation and did not return. Why are you allowed to take my money without fulfilling my order? I know the system isn't the workers fault, but the attitude and the way it was handled is absolutely disappointing. As a service worker myself I couldn't imagine settling for such a lack of work ethic. Also, the app says my order is being prepared and I can no longer cancel it 👎🏻 so do I not get my food or my money back...?

I stopped by at 3:20 pm my way to work and waited behind this car for 10 minutes before pulling up to order and the woman working stating that that was their last order or the night and they couldn’t help me. I checked online just to make sure I wasn’t going when they were closed and saw that is should be open 24hrs. I have worked in the fast food industry before with drive thru and honestly just blown away by the pure lack of customer service or placing the customer first. It also was crazy that only 5 minutes before she took an order with 3 people in the car then had the audacity to tell me that my order was not going to be taken. I would not go to this location as it is obvious they don’t care about what they do and management isn’t training on how to treat customers so why would I trust how they are preparing the food.

Well food wasn’t fast but it was good. Unfortunately it was also wrong or missing items. No dipping sauce for nuggets. Happy meal was supposed to be a cheeseburger happy meal with double fries. Instead we got nuggets and no fries. 🤦🏾‍♂️. People were nice and we definitely should have exercised patience and checked the bags but my goodness.

there was a big funky rat laying on the seats like it was at home! it had on a headset and was NOT taking orders. the whole crew is uneducated, lazy and disrespectful 🤮 didn’t receive my food but glad i didn’t eat here after realizing this is their third space not workplace, no working going on DEFINITELY not cleaning

I came in this morning and stood at the counter for a pick up for 10 mins, while the young girl mean mugged the whole time, never once acknowledged me as a customer, it really makes me sick the people you all hire for a job for customer service and it's trash, this location got that bad, just looking dumb at people like they suppose to be on they phone all day. Do better. Be grateful you got a job..
