The window was very dirty, and we could not see clearly through it. My husband asked the staff at the window, “Can you please clean the window?” She replied, “Is there anyone you know who can clean it?” My husband said, “No.” Then she replied rudely, “Okay, then you come and clean it,” and she shut the window in our faces

This is the most well folded & packaged burrito I've ever seen from McDonald's. I'm so used to unraveling the wrapper with caution, because sausage & egg usually fall out from a half-ass rolled burrito. That didnt happen today. This may be a silly review. But I love people that take pride in their work like that. & It was a to-go meal. Made it so much easier to eat in the car on my way to work. Thanks again. Also the service was fast & friendly. Plus the store was clean. I hate that I live in Clarksville now. You don't get good service like that out there. Ive already reviewed other McDonald's in the past out that way, so you can see what i mean.

It's 7:30 pm, and the schedule indicates it's open until 10 pm. This location is one of the few with a playground; however, we couldn't use it because the staff had already cleaned it and didn't want to do so again. I would understand if it were later or closer to closing time, but simply because the employee was lazy, it discourages customers. I understand that cleaning is hard work, but this indoor playground is also a necessary service for children, especially in cold weather. It's unfortunate to see this situation. This is a recently renovated location with a new playground, yet it remains unavailable because someone refuses to clean it.

I came here on 3/18/26.. half my order was missing from breakfast.. I have set at Vanderbilt hospital all day and came back at night to talk to management about a refund for my missing items from breakfast.. they told me they couldn't help me.. refused to give me a refund or do anything at all. I have my recipt.. I don't understand why they treat customers like this... come on greyco. Do better.. make the situation right... they are at fault for not giving me my food in the morning of my purchase but when I returned to discuss the problem the manager nahomy also refused to give me a refund

My recent trip to this McDonald’s was a total letdown. The restrooms were locked, which was frustrating enough, but then I discovered that customers are left to share napkins as makeshift toilet paper because the bathrooms aren’t cleaned or stocked properly. To top it off, the service was painfully slow, and it felt like the staff only cared about the drive-thru orders. Not the experience I expected.
