Just sloppy. Look at that burger. Whoever made that needs a retraining. I never leave bad reviews but my burger was soaking wet and dripping grease everywhere. Only been open since the 5th. Did we give up already?

Did corporate just decide to open this location then half ass it? Nothing against the people working they’re doing their best with what they got. Only one lane open and online ordering shut off at 9pm. Do better.

The banana pudding shake is phenomenal. This was our first stop at a whataburger. We were driving thru back to Indiana. Food was good. Jalapeño burger was lacking tho. Only 2 Jalapeño on it. And way too much mustard. But overall it was a good meal.

Ordered 6 combo meals on the app for curbside pickup. Checked in and selected parking slot number 3. After roughly five minutes they came out with an order for the car that arrived after us. Worker asked for my name and said they were working on our order and it would be right out. We waited another 10 minutes and finally we walked to the drive thru window (dine-in was closed) and they said they’ve had our order ready but didn’t know we were here. We were literally the only car on the lot, clearly visible from the window. The food was cold, they forgot an entire combo meal, fries in a kids meal and there were onions on every burger even though we ordered them without onions. Pretty much sucked and we spent $79. Banana pudding milk shake was good at least. Don’t come here. Ever.

I came thru drive thru and nobody answered so when I walk to the window, everybody seem to not realize it's a restaurant but nobody wants to greet me at the window after I drive thru the drive thru with no answer, it be early yess, we all have a job to do, if you can't handle people coming that early why even apply to work??? This place haven't been there a month and they can't handle the pressure of customers wanting they food
