Food took 25 minutes. Bottom of the bag ripped from all the grease from them smashing nuggets ontop of burgers. None of my food was even wrapped completely and on top of that all these burgers look like someone sat on them for 20 minutes. Never coming back to this location. Waste of money and time.

This location refused to take my Buy one get one free item, when there is no rules specifically noting that I could not get my meal from another location once the survey is done. I'm not coming back here. The staff played dumb and made me feel unwelcome. From LA TO SANTA BARBARA AND NY I always used coupons and never have I been denied service like they did here.

Went in today for a couple double cheeseburgers. Everything was good until I’m bitting on my Burguer and I find this tag between my pickles inside my Burger.

The food is amazing it's literally McDonald's. The service is a little better here than normal the staff is nice and patient. And the area is not that bad but not the best overall it's a 6/10

Messed up my fry order when asked to get my correct order they gave me an attitude. Got home and was missing a chicken sandwich. They always mess up orders and most of the time the food is cold
