I have never walked into a McDonald's so clean. All the tables were wiped, and there was no trash on the floors. The food was great, and the fries were excellent. I especially wanted to highlight the lady who was cleaning; she pays so much attention to her work and is doing a fantastic job."

I am leaving this review in hopes that the owner or upper management of this McDonald’s location takes it seriously. I have lived near this location for several years, and the customer service has consistently declined. The most concerning issue is the behavior and professionalism of management. During my most recent visit, I placed a mobile order through the app. When the app glitched and did not allow me to check in for curbside, I went inside to explain the situation. The employee initially assisting me stopped helping me mid-conversation to take care of another customer, which was already frustrating. What made the experience unacceptable was the manager’s behavior. A manager identified as Fredo began loudly complaining in Spanish about me to the employee while standing right in front of me, rather than addressing me directly or assisting with the issue. He stated that I “should have confirmed my order,” but made no effort to resolve the situation in a professional or respectful way. This type of conduct from management sets a poor standard for the entire staff and creates an uncomfortable environment for customers. I also attempted to contact customer service afterward, but the call was unprofessional, with background noise, lack of communication, and I was ultimately hung up on and redirected to a survey. I am a paying customer, and experiences like this are the reason I have significantly reduced how often I visit this location. I strongly recommend that ownership addresses management training and accountability at this store.

The manager Evelyn or Evelynly whatever her name This lady is incredibly rude and unprofessional. It's unbelievable how she's treating a paying customer. She's lucky I’ve turned my life around because it could have gotten ugly even in fast food, they pay is higher and they still unappreciated with an attitude.

This location is ridiculous! Poor customer service! The people at the drive thru don’t even smile. They literally just hand your food with out a word nor a “Hello how are you doing?” 9/10 they are always missing something in my order or get my order wrong. They have zero type of customer service. Don’t bother to make anything right. I really hope the owner of this location sees this and actually puts a stop to it and has all his employees train again.

They always ask me to wait outside with my car idling up to 10 minutes for them to give me my food even if it's a single item. Now the staff have additude with me in front of their manager and he just acts like that's normal. Often times they'll get your order wrong rushing it too, double patty and bacon to single with no bacon. Idk what's going on here but best to just avoid it.
