I just wanted to shout out Austin at McDonald’s. This guy is the real deal. I come in during breakfast rush on the weekends, and it gets busy — full lobby, lots of orders, people in a hurry. Through all of that, I’ve never once seen Austin lose his cool. He’s calm, respectful and just handles everything like a pro. No attitude, no stress showing — just steady, professional customer service. What really stands out is that he genuinely cares. He listens, makes sure your order is right, and treats people with respect. Even when it’s packed, he still finds a way to go above and beyond. McDonald’s talks about serving people with quality, quick service, and creating a welcoming place in the community — and honestly, Austin lives that out. He represents the brand the right way. It’s rare to see that kind of consistency and professionalism, especially during peak hours. McDonald’s is lucky to have him. Five stars all day. Great Job Austin!!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. After placing my order, I was asked to park and wait, along with several other customers. While I understand this can happen during busy times, the real issue came when I received my food and realized two sandwiches were missing from my order. I went back inside right away, calmly explaining the situation since the mistake had just occurred. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, the store manager responded in a way that felt dismissive and accusatory. She made a comment to a coworker implying that I was trying to get extra food, which was completely uncalled for and frustrating. What made matters worse was the lack of accountability. The manager avoided speaking with me directly afterward, and when I asked for her name, no one was willing to provide it. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. Mistakes can happen, and I was more than willing to be understanding. However, the way this situation was handled turned a simple fix into a negative experience. I hope this location takes steps to improve customer service and ensure managers handle situations like this with more professionalism and respect.

Lobby has a terribly noisy AC unit that will give you a headache and additionally it takes their staff far to long during a lunch rush to actually address customers ordering in person or paying cash. Incredibly slow.

Try to avoid this mcdonald’s as much as possible! Staff were super rude, all I asked was to upgrade my drink to the new specialty drink (orange dream specifically) and the worker said we couldn’t. I asked politely again and said that I did it at the same mcdonald’s too and that i did it at other mcdonald’s and they said it wasn’t possible. It’s possible on the app by the way. They told me to leave when I wasn’t trying to be rude and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain. The plumbing is also bad and they don’t wash their fountain drink machines and bathrooms smell terrible. They also have no care for diabetics. I ordered a coffee during a previous experience and asked specifically for no sugar and just 3 splendas and creamers I can’t remember the order but I asked for specifically no sugar as I am diabetic and they still put sugar. Try to avoid this place as much as possible!

The older lady that take your order was very friendly and nice to me. Inside and restroom are pretty clean. I ordered a Caramel Frap but the guy gave me and Chocolate one. Then the other girl try to give a me coffee. But the lovely older lady she made one for me. So kudos to her. She seems to do right on her job than those younger workers.
