My wife ordered a breakfast sandwich this morning on app at 10:56am and the restaurant cancelled her order when she arrived at 10:58am she called them they said the cut off time is 11am and we don’t cancel it the app does after 11am, she told her she ordered it before and arrived before 11am, she was rude and condescending when she told her she would call corporate she said go ahead they will tell you the same thing! She asked for her name “Angela” she claims to be the manager, well if your the franchise owner I will let you know this “manager” needs to retake her management training courses, a manager should never respond to or talk to a customer how she did no matter if the customer is upset or not. If she can’t handle upset customers and this is how she talks to them she’s needs another job

I came in to try their new limited edition, hot honey make crispy. It has been a while since trying McDonald’s and this location on coffee did a great job of reminding me why, After charging me extra to put Mac sauce on my sandwich instead of the mayonnaise When I got home and opened my bag, I was meant with a sandwich with only mayonnaise not even any of their hot honey sauce! They charged me extra just to get a simple order incorrect. They also charge me extra for ranch packet after parking me for about 12 minutes. They brought my bag out and then went Store I checked to make sure that the ranch I paid extra for it was in the bag, It was in the bag, but it was already pre-Opened and had mildew in it. I brought it into the store and told the worker that they need to check their sauces before throwing them full of mildew in a bag full of food. The lady apologized with the facial expression of her, not caring at all. She turned around and she went and grabbed two more ranch packets. She put them in my hands. They were already pre-opened. They went all over my hands, my wrist and got on my sweater. On multiple factors, I was charged extra just to have my food made incorrectly, and my clothing stained. She didn’t even offer me a napkin to clean myself up!

While I'm not a huge McDonald's fan...the fries were fresh and hot and the nuggets were fresh and crispy not rubbery ....probably the best McDonald's in Bakersfield so far. Oh and I did drive thru and it was fast even though there were a lot of cars.

If I could leave 0 starts I would seems like they can’t ever get it together always missing items Demanding to see receipts and pushing you forward to fix their mistake while the rest of the food gets cold it doesn’t matter if they read your order back to you or even if it’s in the screen 1 way or another they figure out a way to get it wrong And of course management with the famous quote “there’s nothing I can do” throwing the food back at me

I always go to this location and have never had problems before until today I did not see any sauces in the bag, and the worker proceeded to take out all items putting her hands over the food and told me that there were only 4 sauces for the 4 different meals. That’s not the only problem, my friends drinks were not even filled up🤦‍♀️it was more ice than beverage.
