Absolutely terrible customer service, made us feel like we were an inconvenience. Missing two order of nuggets and received the wrong drink. When we called to address the issue, the young lady answered by saying hello rather than “McDonald’s Riverwalk”. This location needs a overhaul. Staff is rude, missing items and cold food. Absolutely unacceptable and we will NOT return to this location. Exterior Lights are out. Horrible experience! White ln and Cernan location is amazing and we have never had an issue.

I HATED the experience. Never going there again. the staff way too rude and was addressing in by BUDDYBOY. What is this behavior. And then they say on the google that the drive thru is 24/7 open but it is never that way. Someone NEEDS to UPDATE. We went there at 12:45 and was coming from 20 miles but there was no food for us. It is very bad experience. I am sorry to say but they had very bad service.

Purchased almost $100 worth of breakfast food today for my grandkids only to get home and have no sausage with our order of 4 cakes and sausage! Tried calling SEVERAL TIMES ONLY TO GET A THE MAILBOX IS FULL! Poor poor management! Be sure to check your order before leaving!!!

I was here not too long ago, and I would love to pay a compliment to the girl with the blonde hair, I think I heard someone called her Ash. She is a sweetheart! She helped me navigate my app when I was confused, and was super friendly the whole time. She got my order out fast organised. I would come back for the service of Ash alone!!
