First and last time going to this McDonald’s. Paid $30 for a cold and stale meal. Mind you it was around 9 pm, 2 other cars in front. Lady taking the order took about 5 minutes to help out the car in front. Then we waited another 10 minutes to get our food while everyone inside was chitchatting, while our food was getting cold. They weren’t busy so why take long? You go to work to work not have fun and laugh for 20 minutes. Serve the customers first then dilly dally. I also noticed a couple cars parked at the numbers. One of them had been waiting awhile because they were in the stall even before we had got there. This McDonald’s needs to do better or not at all. If there was an option for 0 stars I would 100% rate it that. This isn’t even worthy of a 1 star.

Pay cash here don't use the app at this location you might get double charged and waste your points on an order and your never getting your money back I don't understand why McDonald's respond saying to contact them I've contacted them multiple times with proof they say they'll get in contact with me and nothing almost 4 months later. It must be nice to work there if you could get free food by double charging customers and using there points and I saw that I'm not the only one as one customer said I would also rather drive to Roswell and Niles location

My favorite McDonald's other than Stockdale. Food always great and staff is friendly... my only complain is my fries. Whenever I pay for a Large, I never get a Large. I get a medium and a half. Cone on now, guys.

Pay with cash not card they'll double charge you and waste your points. you won't get your money back even if mcdonalds says to contact them they won't do shit even if you send them the proof. ive been waiting like 6 months after mcdonalds said they would get back in touch

It is what it is...I stop here on my way thru the back way to tehachapi. Usually always busy in the am and I get that customer service isn't a main staple but oh how you love being greeted by a loud speaker the minute you get to it with "ya are you ready to order yet" ha not a huge deal just figure high school kid just working. My order is almost always wrong I've stopped maybe 5 times now the one time I was getting breakfast and the order was correct the biscuit was so hard so I gave it to some cows! Right off the 58 dennys gas station and Starbucks are all on the same corner easy on and off the freeway for travelers
