There was no line when I got into drive through and this is what I got. Can’t not even be bothered to Stack correctly people are getting paid for this?

When you come in, there is no front register, if there is, there is a billboard that covers it to force you to place your order at the kiosk. If you need to pay cash, you wait over 5 mins for someone to acknowledge you and come to the front. You pay over the big billboard. The tables are kept dirty to discourage you from dinning in. Food, not good but it was the kids pick 🫩

Sometimes it closes early without updating on the app or in google maps. So be warned if you order something on the app it does not update showing it is closed. I went today and I saw on the front door with a sign that they closed early at 9pm.

Manager Denise is such a RUDE PERSON I showed up at this location around 12:28am because on google it says they open 24/7 but when I showed up I was at the window for 15/20 minutes they were standing next to the window using their phone but they didn’t bother to open the window n tell me if they closed or open how hard was it? if you don’t like your job QUIT!! Simple why are you guys giving macdonalds a bad name?? If anybody who higher position reading this please look into this matter because Denise will bring this macdonalds very very bad reviews

This place always forgets something from my order. A few times they forgot my Son's toy and/or sauce for his happy meal. Update: 04/07/24 Asked for ketchup/unsalted fries and received hard/stale over salted fries. Mexican style salsa instead of ketchup in my to-go bag. Down to one star.
