Ordered on the app before going. It was a 15 min drive, when I got there I did Curbside pick up. I waited 25 min and no one came out. All the drive through was clearing out with new customers and people walking after I got there in were leaving with food. I walked in to see what was the hold up and they gave me my order. No point in doing Curbside at that location best to pick up at the counter.

Horrible customer service I had a mobile order and a reward code and the girl was rude to my husband saying “ok so you have 2 orders than?” While she proceeded to laugh and than she tried to charge me for my free item!!!! And at the 2nd window they forgot my free item and when I reminded them she was rude mcds we need do better kids go there to eat!!! It was morning shift I went there 8am 12/21/25 if they gone have attitude they shouldn’t be behind the registers!!!!!

Ordered breakfast through the app to pick up, its 7:33 am drive thru is blocked by cones and the door is locked to get into the lobby. Could not cancel my order so i called for refund and I was told they'll issue it when the store opens but they have no eta when that will be if at all. This store should be shut down for their constant terrible service.

I swing by every now & then thinking it’ll be better. But employee’s are always in a bad mood & rude. They will also mess up your order 99% of the time, no matter how simple it is.

Decent McDonald’s to eat at as long as you don’t mind eating in a refrigerator during the winter time. The owner consistently keeps the temperature in here about 60°. Plan on your food getting cold before you can even eat it. This is a choice issue not to heat the restaurant because it’s been consistently cold all winter.
