Customer service was horrible. I asked for a refill and was told I couldn’t get a lemonade with my tea. As soon as we walked in, the floors were so greasy I almost slipped and twisted my ankle. The chicken sandwich looked like it had been sitting under a heater for three days. The fries were dry and crusted over, and the lettuce on the sandwich was wilted and floppy. I stood at the counter for five minutes with other customers noticing me waiting, yet no one helped. The Dr Pepper was flat, and despite the place not being busy, the employees still had bad attitudes. There were more staff than customers, but they couldn’t even handle the three people in the restaurant. Absolutely terrible experience. I will not be returning and do not recommend eating here.

McDonald’s Really nice and calm place, especially in the morning. There aren’t many people inside, so it’s peaceful if you want to sit and enjoy your meal. The drive-thru can get busy, but it moves fast and the service is reliable. Overall, it’s a clean spot with a good atmosphere and quick service—definitely one of the better McDonald’s locations to stop by.

Hubby and I go here often for sodas and fries, the ladies in the drive through always have the best attitudes and a smile on their faces!fries and food is always hot and drinks are usually good, but sometimes the syrup needs to be changed! Overall, best McDonald's in Bakersfield because of the attitudes of the employees!

This place is a dump. FILTHY bathrooms and FILTHY dining area. Workers don't seem to care. Making what fast food employees in California are making, they should.

So disgusted that they have now totally thrown out customer service. They make you use the stupid kiosks that take way longer than just someone taking your order and money. They now have the cashier helping everyone at the kiosk. Stupid. This one no longer offers senior coffee. You have to ask for everything because there is no self serve for condiments, napkins, straws, salt, etc. we will never be back.
