The most horrible treatment I've ever received at a McDonald's franchise. After following up on an order I made(coffee) I waited for 20 minutes before asking if it was ready...they had already cleared the screen which means they had given my coffee to someone else, after asking Maria(disrespectful employee) she then gave me an impatient attitude and then didn't even hand my drink to me. She said it in a place for me to reach it. Hispanics received preferential treatment as I myself being black received poor treatment even though I gave this business my hard earned money. I decided to exercise my 1 amendment right to record, then Maria and other staff threatened to call the cops because they didn't consent to me recording while they're very own establishment has me on camera. Cops arrived and they trespassed me for standing up for myself as a dedicated McDonald's customer. Further protocol and procedures will be made in complaint form. I was embarrassed and mocked by a majority of the Hispanic women working they're. Cops violated my rights upon entering and embarrassed me even more. I will be sueing Dallas police department on a separate matter of violation of multiple rights and regulations. They need to hire black employees. Very racist establishment. Videos are short due to video limit. I have the full length videos which I will be turning into Corporate.

Worst service and food. I ordered a sausage muffin well done no cheese and hash browns cooked to order. I get no hash browns and the sandwich had cheese, not well done and a cold round egg. I had to waste more time and money to go back to have order corrected only to receive a untoasted muffin and no napkins again. When you go back they get rude and mad with you because they messed up and you want them to fix it. Only want what I ordered and paid for.

Horrible place to dine in. We had dine in today, and the experience was horrible from the beginning to the end. When we walked in, there were three managers!!!!! Standing there,talking and laughing instead of acknowledging the customers. They continued to interact with each other. If I’m not mistaken, one of them was the general manager, Marisol. After whatever they were talking about, one of them came up to us and took our order. She was rushing us throughout the order. After we finished ordering, she gave us a number and told us to have a seat, that someone would bring us the food. We waited like 10 minutes to get our food, and it wasn’t even busy. they never brought us the food; instead, they yelled our number, and we had to go get it ourselves. We waited 10 minutes, which you would expect for your food to be fresh, but no, my coffee was cold and old. The fries were cold and soggy. We went up there and asked them nicely to change the fries, and one manager told us that they were fresh when clearly they were not. I had to ask her once again to change them, and she gave me an attitude. At that point, my husband wanted a refund, but they didn’t want to process the refund; instead, they said that they would give us a fresh fry and a pie. I would never come back; I’ll keep going to the one on East Grand.,

Very efficient service. I don't vidit MD often, but it seems the portions get smaller and smaller everytime I do. The taste as usual is a little on the unnatural side.
