I like this location. Every time go there, Lizeth always has a smile on her face. I also like the fact that this location has the same consistent staff. For the most part, my order is always correct.

I ordered a LARGE fries for my son, and I was so disappointed when I saw what I got—it was barely half full! I even took a picture so you can see. I called the McDonald’s to let them know, but nothing was done. No apology, no offer to fix it, nothing at all. I don’t understand how a “large” fries can be so tiny. This was really frustrating, especially since I was just trying to treat my son. I hope the restaurant takes this seriously because no one should have to deal with something like this. I definitely won’t be coming back.

This manager (Jennifer) or at least that's what they said her name was, was so rude and unconcerned about my food other. I took my diabetic meds and placed a lunch order at 3:55a. Lunch was the only available option for me. Once I made it to the restaurant she told the young man Eliezer not to serve me because she wanted to start breakfast. My order was a mobile online order off the app and could have been made and sitting off to the side but she insisted on coming to the window with another guy to be rude and disrespectful. I have never reviewed a location as one star before but I am because of her and the other disrespectful male worker who was mopping the floor. THE CASHIER ELIEZER SHOULD BE THE MANGAGER ON DUTY NOT HER!!!! She was ok with being rude and disrespectful because she said it's a franchise and not corporate. What she fails to realize is all customers see McDonald's which is the brand she and her franchise is representing. She not only made the location and franchise look bad but also the McDonald's brand. If you want better service than go to a different location!!!!

We love McDonalds one of my kids fave places to eat not to mention this location rarely the ice cream machine is “not working” so that’s a plus bc we can always get our sweet treats. The workers there are super nice. We love Amy she’s the sweetest.

I want to file a complaint about my experience at the McDonald’s located at 3611 N Main St, Houston, TX 77009. I ordered two drinks through the kiosk and paid with Apple Pay: one large Coca-Cola and one large Dr Pepper. I received my receipt and waited, thinking it would be quick since I only ordered drinks and was on a 30-minute lunch break. If I could rate this location, I would give it a -100000. I waited nearly 20 minutes for just two drinks. I was on a phone call at first and didn’t realize how much time had passed, but after hanging up, I noticed everyone else was getting their food while I was still waiting. I could see the drink machine showing “Manual Mode Enabled,” and there were multiple orders visible on the screen above it, but staff appeared to be ignoring it. What upset me most was the behavior of management. One manager, a heavy-set Hispanic woman with tattoos on her forearms, was being very loud and distracting staff by showing them something on her phone. When I approached the counter, she aggressively brushed me off and said “excuse me” without apologizing. She was also saying goodbye to employees, getting food for herself from the back, and demanding that another employee make sure her food was fresh. She got two happy meals and a burger for her self as other waited in line before her. By 2:41 PM, I still had not received my drinks. The cashier saw me standing there, yet continued giving other customers drink refills while I was still waiting for my original order. Eventually, another manager, a Hispanic man with glasses, asked if I needed help. I explained I had been waiting over 20 minutes for two drinks. He silently made them, left them on the counter, stared at me blankly, and walked away without any apology. This was rude, disrespectful, and unacceptable.
