Worst experience ive ever had at fastfood. I put a mobile order in and waited 15 minutes at curbside before going in and showing my mobile order and they said they never got anything on there end. I showed it was for the correct address and then they started on my food. Once it was done I asked if I could get a single ranch packet as a 25 cent sause packet seemed like the least they could provide after forgetting about my order. Unforunetly this was asking to much and I was asked to pay. If you go here they will forget your order and make you pay for the inconvenience.

Notice I had a little issue I don’t wanna get into details. But the manager was quick to take care of the issue. I really appreciate his customer service . I will continue to come to this restaurant. Because he did not hesitate at all / straight to the point.

It's McDonald's. The employees are friendly and efficient. The food is convenient, and more expensive than ever. Value? Nah.

I was very excited to buy my Minecraft box for what they promised, when I ordered my hamburger it came with lettuce and pickles when I ordered it without that my mom And even she paid extra to put tomatoes on her, and if that's not enough, the only thing that came in the box that appeared in the promotion was the toy and the box,Because the drink cup, the hamburger and the fries weren't themed as they promised, if you don't want a ruined experience, don't come here

I have upset stomach. They need to train them on food safety and customer service or change the morning employees. The night employees are usually good 👍🏿 especially the Asian employees when they are working is always good food and customer service, but when they are not working is rudeness and food that makes you run to restroom.
