They always get my order wrong, would advise not even wasting time and if you do make sure they get your order right before leaving window area please

The three stars are for 1st shift. 3rd shift fr sucks. I love the first shift crew, they always go above and beyond and are great at what they do, but 3rd shift gave me a spicy Mc crispy with no sauce and 2 pieces of chicken? They also took forever to make my order and I’m truly wondering what they’re doing back there. Also had music blasting, y’all too busy dancing to put some sauce on my sandwich? If y’all were out of sauce I would have taken something else. I’m truly confused lmao. Also my Mac chicken patty was so hard for no reason

Order through the app and told at the window they don't have the milkshake I paid $3.20 extra for, and they can't refund money for app purchases. They offered me a smoothie, no thanks, how about a couple of extra $1.70 apple pies. Sure thing. Of course, they only gave me one. So, I guess I paid $3.20 for a $1.70 apple pie. Terrible problem handling for something that is their issue, not mine.

The last 3 times I've gone I have experienced unique issues, first time charged 35 cents for an extra BBQ. I never asked for. Second time they took my order cashier did not see it pushed me to next window and then they pushed me ahead for a manager when it was as easy as just putting the order in real quick, which the manager did with ease, and then today I got 6 nuggets in a 10 piece box someone needs to go back to kindergarten and learn how to count! Otherwise McDonald's should just pay him less since they wont know. Otherwise the food is always good and they seem friendly most the time, just need to get there stuff together fast. Wow update food started sucking I dont know why these nuggets where even handed out to someone 😑 you can smell the burn

I ordered the new dill frys unfortunately that's not what I got on top of them forgetting half my order , there is no way to contact anyone with the app the ask to call the store they dont answer, when I went there no one approached me cuz the employee's including the manager were trying to figure out which number belongs to which shocks 🙄 hate to see what they did with the monopoly game
