This is my first time ordering from this location and never again.. I just ordered a quarter pounder with cheese i got the meal. when I got home and started eating the burger. After a couple bites, I bite into something that feels weird so I looked at it, and there was a corner piece of somthing Sticking out ..so I pulled my burger apart, and it was a big piece of parchment paper or what ever type of paper that separates the burgers When they're frozen🤢🤮 they just left it on my burger and just threw the cheese on top the cheese was melted to the paper. I immediately tried to call them to inform them what i had just found in my burger and no one answered so I waited a couple minutes then called again and they picked the phone up and hanging it up smfh This is so ridiculous i wouldn't recommend going to this location

To the big guy working drive through on 06/20/2026 at 5:10 pm . You need to learn customer service! You need to learn how to talk to customers! It is yo ur job as a order taker to make sure your customer has a great experience cause it Starts with you sir ! Hint #1 drop your attitude cause the jobs not that hard! You take orders and take cash or card! You need to definitely be reprimanded for your poor attitude and customer service skills! If you worked for me and I saw how you treated my customer I would fire you in the spot! Do better!

The manager here is RUDE! The guy taking orders at the drive thru is rude. First off the guy taking our order didn't greet us, just said "What do you want?" in a flat "I don't care" tone. Ok whatever. I ordered anyways. I ordered 1 bacon cheese burger thinking they would understand I meant the Quarter Pounder bacon cheese burger since it's the only cheese burger that comes with bacon. No they gave us 2 cheese burgers with bacon added. They didn't clarify anything at the ordering station or the 1st window where I paid or 2nd window where I picked up the order. And then when I came back in to correct the issue the manager was the rude and had major attitude. Honestly, if you don't like your job or you've had a bad day don't take it out on others. You're representing a company and your actions reflect on the company.

Went through the drive through for breakfast. Starts off from the time you pull into parking lot homeless people everywhere hanging out. Then get to the drive through to order the lady is taking orders so fast not allowing time to think and continously asking anything else anything else, like give me a minute. Then I pull up to window, set up on auto pay through the app, hands out a receipt then get to pick up window to keep their drive through times down tell you to go park out front for 5 min and wait with homless sitting asking for money. Why place customers out front to wait when you can see out front through the windows you have them hanging out right where you park customers all uncomfortable while trying to get a bite on the way to work. Last time I will stop at this location felt they were rude with customer service and rushing me as a customer to just park me out front for 5 min to wait. By the way I have no issues with homless, just not trying to get breakfast and be parked and asked for change or money while I wait to get my meal.

McDonald’s (McDowell & 7th Street) Oh my goodness… this was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The staff here is unbelievably rude. Not only do they not seem to care whether your order is correct, but if you try to say something or ask for help, you’re met with attitude—and even mocked. That’s completely unacceptable, especially for a place that serves as many people as they do. I understand this location is busy being right off the freeway, but that’s not an excuse. If anything, it should mean better management and stronger customer service not worse. It really feels like the focus here is just pushing volume and making money, with zero regard for the customer experience. That’s disappointing for a brand that’s supposed to be consistent. This location seriously needs better leadership and training. Until that happens, I won’t be coming back. honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would.
