Re-writing this post. I went again at 7:14pm 4/19/26 I ordered 3 Mc chickens and only got 2 in tired of the workers not double checking on orders they tend to not give us what we ordered or never put things that are ordered in the intercom when I ask for sauce never gets put in! Im never coming here again!!!!! Bad service. And bad customer service. This is a fast food restaurant. Where services need to be fast and sufficient. Always have to wait. Do not come here unless you want your order not to be correct or missing items. Management needs to do better . Also in the mornings, their management is poor. They don’t know how to handle things under pressure.

I ordered online and we waited about 25 mins to receive our order when they sent a notification saying we had to go through the drive thru for it and when we let them know they couldn’t find our order on their system & they had to take our order down again and they didn’t give us our hash brown or Large coffee. We went back in the drive thru at let them know and they gave us a medium coffee and we told her we paid for a large & she said “ayyy dios mio” & literally just poured the medium cup into a large as shown in the picture and she gave us attitude and left us talking alone & when we showed her the receipt she said we were lying talking about she knew she gave us everything and didn’t give us the hash brown that was paid for. Acting as if it was our fault for her not doing her job correctly!

This McDonalds is one of the slowest I’ve been too. I used to only do curbside but then the waits have been 10-20 minutes. Now when I do drive through I keep having to still pull to a spot. The large fries keep coming with half filled containers.

I’m honestly so frustrated with this McDonald’s delivery order. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin, and when it arrived, it didn’t even have the sausage. just egg and cheese. That’s literally the main part of the sandwich. I paid for a full meal and got something completely wrong. On top of that, I called ahead to ask for hot sauce, and they said they would include it but of course, it wasn’t there either. It’s even worse because it was delivery, so I can’t just go back and fix it easily. This kind of mistake is basic and shouldn’t be happening. It feels like no one is paying attention to orders at all. Really disappointing and not worth the money. like come on mcdonalds get it together!!

While I love McDonald’s the standards of what is served has definitely went down. Four of five times going the fries are not hot or fresh same for the chicken nuggets. If you complain they give you attitude. People are spending money for food that is not fresh. This needs to be corrected. Also why at this location after midnight they only take cash....🤔 IYKYK!! We want fresh food not cold soggy fries. Please do better.
