The crew is friendly, but as McDonald’s keeps pushing its marketing forward, the prices continue to rise while the portions get smaller. The side options are still pretty limited, but the fries remain consistently good. Warning: it this specific location, it gets extremely busy in the mornings, so plan ahead, sometimes by as much as 30 minutes.

The coffee machine has been broken for over a week now. I’ve tried to order a caramel macchiato five or six times this past week, and every time I’m told the machine is still down.

It’s been a while since I’ve actually gone inside a McDonald’s, and this visit was disappointing. There’s no PlayPlace here like before. This location definitely needs more staff. Customers were waiting in line for 5–10 minutes with no cashier at the counter. My order was just a large fry and a large Coke, yet I still waited over 15 minutes and it hadn’t even been served. Overall, the place feels understaffed and poorly managed.

This location still is not giving a refill of soda at it after purchasing one and says they haven't given any refills since covid and its MGMT is still covid as an excuse for trying to make a customer have to but a second soda in this location which is unacceptable thru it and to be doing to and against a paying customer after the bought their first soda! Like charge me for a new cup then but not for the refill but again the mgr in duty wouldn't give me one for free in this location! So avoid it here if your wanting to buy a side even! I agree the mgr whom wouldn't give me a refill needs to be corrected and so does their no refill policy which is insane in here!👎and for months they havent even care to fix the lock on the inside of one out of only two stalls in the ladies bathrm in this one either and when this location gets extremely busy in this one this one isn't caring about it's customers needs obviously and when I can't get a refill either in it!👎

I ordered a Big Breakfast and a sausage biscuit through the app, and the order was placed and paid for by 10:14 AM. When I arrived at McDonald’s, they had no record of my order. The manager on duty was careless and rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. The young assistant manager was the only helpful person there, he checked my app, confirmed the order, and manually entered it into the register. After that, I still had to wait while they completed all the orders ahead of mine. It ended up taking 25 minutes from the moment I walked in to when I finally received my food. By the time my order was ready, the assistant manager had already left, and I was stuck dealing with the same rude manager again. This location clearly needs serious training, starting with the manager.
