It’s been a long time since I last visited, and I had a Big Mac, French fries, and Chicken McNuggets. The overall look and texture were good, but the burger patty had a distinct meat smell that made it a bit uncomfortable to eat. Maybe it’s because I haven’t had it in such a long time! Other burger places don’t have that smell. Ordering through the kiosk was very convenient since they bring everything to your table, but the most important thing is definitely the taste. I’ll give it another try next time!

Went through Drive through. Paid $41.19 receipt Order 34 at 3:13pm. They forgot to give me the kids hamburger meal. Had to park and go back in. Finally got home and some of the items ordered were STILL NOT THERE. Paid for things we didnt get. Plus I asked Three [3] three separate times for BBQ. It was even on the receipt. We were given sweet n sour. I can say that this McDonalds Consistently screws up orders.

Food came out at a decent pace. However, I just wanted to get napkins to wipe down my table because they were all dirty even though they were slow. There was a guy who brought up orders and just ignored me. Terrible customer service. Then, I was given sauces that were broken and open. I had to wait even longer just to get sauce. A manager brought it to me eventually, and she was nice, but some of these employees are straight up rude. Not busy enough for me to be ignored or forgot about.

Well to begin when you arrived the staff at the drive thru rush you , and did not give you time to think and get mad when you ask for a bit more time, the at the first window the guy who ask for payment gets mad because we did not provide the app code at the drive tru system. We don't even know we had the app.

2:52pm-3:03pm Thursday September 08, 2022 - Every week the building closes too early dine-in closes at 8:00pm while drive-thru closes at 9:00pm if the hours are different then why didn't they change their sign? The line in the dine-in was extremely full a guy spoken to me about his issue with this place and I felt awful and decided that to let him order first because he only wanted two drink from the drive-thru and I can't believe that he had to deal with the driving because the drive-thru is extremely short! I placed my order on the McDonald's kiosks and when I was getting ready to pay this cashier charged me $1.82 for a large drink when all the drinks should be $1.04 that's ridiculous but after I paid there was a bunch of ants all over the register while the seats have a bucket of water from roof floods I don't know where to sit that's not taken or wet also after waiting for my order there's spilled Coke on the table (which will bring more bugs in the dine-in) and when I got my food my order was good hot and fresh made exactly the way I wanted (which is excellent work on the sandwich & fries) I just hope it doesn't make me sick like last time when I came over but when I opened the lid from my drink there was like less Coke from and melted ice and I had to ask for more because that just looks like my beverage was rushed and the flavor of the soda was no good anymore because it tastes watery now.
