This place is terrible, the meat is ALWAYS burned. Every time I ask for no onions on my burgers, they always put the onions in between the two patties. The employees always have an attitude. If they miss an item on your order when they bring it out to you and you walk inside to let them know, they will argue and say they know for a fact they put it in the bag. It all starts with leadership though, when the manager is unprofessional, the employees will see it as acceptable behavior. ✌️

have never written a bad review on a mcdonalds , but we order a really straight forward easy meal , they took 25 mins to make it plus they got it wrong plus they made a wrong order , then this lady was taking her sweet time knowing they were late

Ordered a Quarter Pounder with a POTATO ROLL instead of the sesame bun and they told me they didn’t have tha and after explaining it’s the same one they make the mccrispies with they STILL put “Sub Reg Bun” which is the one for regular cheeseburgers. and I asked for the new crispy onions. did they? nope. they put the grilled onions. I USED TO WORK AT MCDONALDS. it is NOT that hard to put in a special request. this is unacceptable. do better and train your employees better.

I came to the front door and it was locked at almost 5:30 a.m. and it said to ring the bell for delivery drivers and I stood there and I stood there and no one showed up so I went through the drive-thru line and employee tells me I have to go ring the doorbell which I already did and no one came out! Get it together McDonald's. You're the only store in all of California and Arizona I have experienced this nonsense. I'm just sitting here in your drive-thru line waiting to get through with other drivers ahead of me yet your employees can't just stick the order out the window for your Uber delivery customer like every other McDonald's does. Amazing and terrible customer service.

Dude... it's McDonalds. This one's special. The employees are rude and they always mess up my order. I would equate going here with getting your junk pinched in a door. I'd rather sit with my mother in law and have 2hrs of conversation with her in my underwear than have to go to this McDonalds. It's about as much fun as getting stuck in an elevator with a full bladder. Do not go here unless you have a dire need for self punishment.
