The food is always great warm comforting, of course McDonald's has come up with a barrier for the customer service part it's not the workers fault it's just the way McDonald's is envisioning the future. Atmosphere quiet comforting welcoming Special thanks to Brianna for helping me out and being so courteous and outgoing.

Why does McDonald’s always forget to give your drink that comes with the happy meal we purchase. I have yet to go to a McDonald’s where the person attending gets this right and gives me a drink that goes with the happy meal. Not to mention the lack of attention look how many fries are in the happy meal. This is crazy McDonald’s is definitely going cheap now on their quantity .

WHERE'S MY SAUSAGE AND CHEESE MCGRIDDLE!!!!!! I got my whole order but my Mcgriddle!!!!!! How can you do a man like this?!?!! HOW!!!!! HOW!!! Tell me.... just go ahead and tell me how you got the con-hollies to leave out a McGriddle from my order. you think you big corpos with your fancy-smancy mcflurry machines can just give a partial order and be done with us.... but not me, NOT ME!!! I'm taking my business elsewhere, to a fine establishment like AkeLarry, where they give their customer's respect and FULL ORDERS!

Worst service ever. We skipped the line with the mobile in store order. We paid for it at 9:34 am. The lobby was pretty busy when we arrived& the lobby completely cleared out. Then we still waited while the lobby started to refill, people who came in after us were served before us. By the time I received my minute maid strawberry watermelon slush it had already melted as per the picture. We had to go back in and get my friends cup for her soda. We ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle meal, oatmeal 1 strawberry and 1 grape preserve with two side mcgriddles. We received our food 30 min after we paid for it. I am unimpressed. Will let everyone know how the food is. I am pretty sure one of my mcgriddles is old, like wth is wrong with the coloring& the lady who made the oatmeal im pretty sure that the stuff to go in the oatmeal is meant to come on the side. I am complaining thru this contribution. I feel very disrespected and like this whole experience needs a lot of improvement by starting with new crew members who actually care about the food the customer consumes.

I don't frequent McD's as much as I used to, so it's been a while since I've been to one. I love engaging with people, so coming into here and not even having the employees greet us or smile at us was disheartening. It seems they have gone to offering kiosks to order instead of dealing with a person inside the restaurant. I was on limited time and wanted to be able to order my food and sit and enjoy it before I had to rush off to my next appt. I ended up asking an associate to help me with the kiosk and put my order thru so I didn't have to figure out the kiosk. While waiting for my food, there was an older couple, guessing to be in their 70s, that were struggling trying to understand the kiosk. They kept looking for an employee to help them, but the employees were basically ignoring anyone in the dining room. I ended up going up and asking someone to go help them. That was one of several people who came in that were trying to figure out the kiosk. It was truly disheartening and so unwelcoming. I can't presume that it was just rude employees as it may have been what they've been ordered to do. Unfortunately, it definitely tainted my experience of a restaurant that once was a fun, welcoming place with friendly employees, for families and friends to gather for a quick bite to eat. I also found it ironic that they had a recruiting sign offering jobs "with a side of feeling valued" while as a customer I did not feel valued....at all. It's my interesting point of view that food and connection go together. And customer service is high on my list of requirements for any business I engage with. So, if you're cool with dealing with tech, this place will be up your alley. For some, this is preferred. If you still prefer looking someone in the eyes and smiling as you greet each other and place your order, maybe not this place. How does it get any better than this? I wonder.....
