It is a Homeless shelter! 80% of customers are homeless and you can smell urine and stool all the time you eat food! The worst McDo branch I have ever been to! Last two photos are newer! 🤮

This McDonald’s by Angel Stadium on State College seriously needs to figure out its drive-thru system. The line is way too long, and ordering through the app doesn’t seem to help at all. If I place a mobile order ahead of time, there’s no reason it should still take around 30 minutes just to get my food. The whole point of the app is convenience, but at this location it feels like you’re stuck waiting the same amount of time—or longer—than everyone else. They need better organization, better staffing, or a separate system for mobile orders because this is frustrating, especially when people are trying to grab food before or after an event at Angel Stadium. I understand it gets busy, but 30 minutes for McDonald’s is ridiculous.

Was at the register for almost 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. My quarter pounder looks like it was prepared with their feet instead of their hands and they forgot my daughters chocolate milk.

Close this place down. Always a disappointment. Slow drive thru and old, dry, sloppy food. Fries tasted old like cardboard. I always see workers standing around. Don't understand why they're so slow even when they're serving old food. Not fast food, SLOW food

Esther was the nicest and got my order ready and deserved 10/10 They have the drive thru blocked off with register1 and they have a register that had a paper that says register 1 , the lady by the name said I was standing in the wrong line and was very rude; I waited 10 minutes before she took my already paid for order. The two ladies started laughing about what I said but they were so stubborn. I’m literally following the instructions they put out . They eventually moved the paper to the wall. Update: wrong soda, missing customizations on burger AVOID THIS LOCATION IF YOU CAN
